Kerv has completed the acquisition of IT implementation consultancy Inciper. The deal was supported by experts from advisors at PCB Partners.

Mark Roberts, the co-founder of Inciper, commented, “We are increadibly proud of what Inciper has become over the last eight years…The excellent capability fit across the two companies means we are really excited about what the future holds for Inciper within the Kerv Group.”

The acquisition sees 75 expert practitioners from Inciper join Kerv, boasting expertise across the whole range of Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications. The firm will become part of Kerv Digital, but will continue to be led by Roberts and co-founder Dave Sanderson.

Founded in 2020 and backed by private equity firm Bridgepoint, Kerv is a professional services firm, focused on cloud and digital services. The firm hosts a suite of cloud-led enterprise software applications, consulting services, cloud networking, information security, software development, data and AI – delivered via specialist technology practices.

Commenting on the acquisition, Alastair Mills, executive chair at Kerv, said, “We are delighted to welcome the Inciper team to Kerv. Mark and Dave have built a fantastic business that is well known for their leading position in the Microsoft Dynamics F&O market.”

PCB Partners acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Inciper on its sale to Kerv.

Ben Doltis of PCB commented, “Watching the Inciper journey unfold since our first encounter with the founders some five years ago, has been beautiful. Microsoft Dynamics remains a fragmented ecosystem, yet Inciper has consistently punched above its weight, demonstrating both character and execution. Huge kudos to the PCB CF team led by Khilan Shah, alongside Dani Patel and James Stafford. You steered the transaction with precision and diligence, and of course, congratulations to both Mark Roberts and David Sanderson.”
