Shirin Tomlinson named vice president with Efficio
As the firm seeks expansion and growth across several global regions, Efficio has announced the promotion a new vice president to its UK team. Shirin Tomlinson takes on the role alongside two other senior promotions in the US and UAE.
Founded in 2000, Efficio is a UK-headquartered procurement and supply chain consultancy, which also has offices across Europe, North America and the Middle East. As the world’s leading procurement consultancy, Efficio supports hundreds of clients each year on a multitude of topics whether to generate hard benefits, mitigate supply market risk, or to streamline and automate processes.
Six years ago, Efficio ventured from traditional management consulting into the training and education landscape with the launch of Efficio Academy. Between 2018 and 2024, the practice was led by Shirin Tomlinson – and according to a release from the firm, her leadership in talent development “has been pivotal to Efficio’s double digit growth” in that time.
A former Impact Management Consulting director, and a manager with Kearney, Tomlinson joined Efficio’s human resources practice in 2012. Rewarding her efforts in the years since, Efficio has announced that Tomlinson has ascended to the rank of vice president at the firm’s London office.
In a post via LinkedIn, Tomlinson confirmed “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as vice president at Efficio!” The note has since garnered more than 300 engagements from colleagues and well-wishers.
The promotion comes alongside two further vice president advancements at Efficio, in its international offices. Fabian Bodoky and Adam Forgacs were promoted to the role in the firm’s New York and Dubai offices, respectively. Meanwhile, a release from Efficio noted that Julien Bitton, Tom Dee, and Greg Horgan had also been made directors with the firm.
