Adam Bradley joins Eight Advisory as partner
Eight Advisory has expanded its strategy and operations team with arrival of Adam Bradley as partner. Based in London, he will lead on UK turnaround services and European telecommunications and digital infrastructure.
Eric Demuyt, managing director at Eight Advisory, commented on the appointment, “Adam's appointment into our strategy and operations practice is a further signal that we are investing in our capability across the firm, and Adam's experience will prove invaluable to clients across our markets.”
Eight Advisory is an independent consulting firm specialises in transactions, restructuring and transformation. Earlier in the year, the firm also launched an ESG wing, aiming to help companies navigate the complex landscape of sustainability and effectively integrate responsible practices into their business operations.
A longer-standing branch of the firm is its European telecommunications and digital infrastructure team. It focuses on providing clients with insights to drive market penetration, revenue and long-term transformation as they navigate volatile environments and optimise future M&A positions. His experience will be instrumental in developing robust business strategies and operational excellence for Eight Advisory's clients.
As a partner at Eight Advisory, Adam Bradley will be part of the existing strategy and operations unit in London and lead on UK turnaround services and European telecommunications and digital infrastructure. He will also work with Christian Berling, transaction services partner, Lionel Gerard, transaction services and project finance partner and Nick Breadner, strategy and operations partner.
Bradley commented, “I am thrilled to join Eight Advisory. Private equity clients are continuing to work intensively with portfolio companies to create value and manage exit readiness. In the telecoms sector, after a period of focus on rollout, network operators are now switching to drive service take up whilst also having to deal with the consolidation we will see over the next few years. Navigating these changes successfully requires experienced help and I am delighted to be joining a firm with such an impressive track record.”
Arriving at the firm as a seasoned consultant specialising in value creation, turnaround strategy and operations transformation, Bradley has worked with private equity investors, company boards and leadership teams to create business plans and drive profit growth. He has previously held senior positions at FTI Consulting and Alvarez & Marsal and has extensive experience working with private equity, lenders and infrastructure investors.
Justin Welstead, Member of the Eight Advisory Executive Committee, concluded, “Our appointment of Adam as Strategy & Operations Partner further strengthens our capability in the UK and internationally. Adam brings over 25 years of consulting experience in transformation, restructuring and turnaround at a time when clients are seeking his experienced hands-on support to guide through challenging times.”
