Freshminds selects Thom Cunningham-Burley as COO

The board of Freshminds has announced the appointment of its new chief operating officer. Thom Cunningham-Burley is promoted to the position having joined the consultancy in 2018.

Freshminds’ managing director Adam Clements said, “We are delighted to promote Thom to the COO role and are excited for the future. We have so much still to achieve in our existing markets and new ones and Thom has a critical role to play both in terms of the growth of our On Demand business and the wider development of our people and technology. Thom is a delight to work with and this is a thoroughly deserved promotion.”

Founded in 2000, Freshminds is a European management and strategy consulting group. With its search, research consultancy, and consultants on demand’ wings, it bridge the gaps between business needs and required skills, knowledge and talent. Consultants on demand offers a curated network of senior operators, consultants, analysts and researchers to clients, making them available on demand to transform business whenever needed.

Cunningham-Burley joined Freshminds six years ago, initially arriving as head of consulting projects. Heading up the consultants on demand division, he will now have an expanded role, including leading company-wide sales enablement and talent development strategy, and helping build the future leaders of Freshminds as the firm continues to grow.
