BDO welcomes three new partners in London office

BDO has bolstered its partner team with three appointments. Andrew Clewer, Daniel Quiligotti and Melissa Bruno have each joined in BDO’s London office.

Paul Eagland, managing partner at BDO, commented on the appointments, “We continue to appoint talented individuals and invest in a bespoke range of expertise to give the businesses we work with access to the skills and experience needed to thrive.”

Melissa Bruno joins BDO as a people advisory partner in the firm’s digital risk advisory services (DRAS) team, having built up over two decades of experience in the professional services sector.

BDO further invests in three new partners

Previously with EY, Bruno will lead on supporting businesses with people, culture and leadership strategy.

Detailing her future aims via her LinkedIn account, Bruno said, “My goal is to advise businesses on how to best utilise their leaders and workforce to achieve their business goals, by focusing on people strategy, employee value proposition, talent consulting, and by anticipating changes in the future of work.”

Daniel Quiligotti meanwhile arrives as a partner specialising in asset management. He has a wealth of experience in the investment management and private equity sectors, and also arrives from a Big Four firm – this time Deloitte.

Quiligotti said via LinkedIn, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as partner at BDO! I am thankful for all the mentorship and friendship gained at Deloitte and look forward to a fresh challenge within the asset management and capital markets team at BDO.”

Andrew Clewer finally becomes a partner at BDO within the audit quality improvement team (AQIT). Joining from EY, he will take a lead role in the firm’s audit quality directorate.

On his LinkedIn profile, Clewer also noted that her has “experience of advising private equity owned companies as they grow and exit.” In addition to client facing roles at EY, he also led the government and public sector assurance wing.
