Skarbek appoints Ruth Corcoran-Henry as director
Ruth Corcoran-Henry has returned to Skarbek Associates. She joins the firm as a director in client delivery.
CEO Paul Heugh commented, “Ruth brings with her wide cross functional experience in blue chips and a wealth of portfolio, programme and project management experience and expertise. Ruth has always been a safe pair of hands, whether you want to get a new product developed and launched on time, an acquisition integrated or execution capability built.”
Founded in 2012, Skarbek Associates is a consulting firm focused primarily on strategy implementation in the life sciences and FMCG sectors. From offices in Weybridge and Singapore, the firm services clients ranging from FTSE 100 and global multinationals, top law firms to those at the early stages of their journey.
Corcoran-Henry is a scientist and senior leader of portfolio and programme management. She has 25 years of experience gained through delivering complex initiatives in both permanent and consulting roles across functionally and geographically diverse teams. She first joined Skarbek in 2012, and spent eight years with the firm as a principal consultant.
During that first spell, she covered areas of product development, supply chain, business transformation, integration and divestments. She then moved to Rosemont Pharmaceuticals, where she worked for the last four years as head of project management.
As Corcoran-Henry returns to Skarbek for a second stint, she arrives as a director in client delivery. This role will see her particularly aligned with Skarbek’s project management services, demonstrating leadership and delivery in a variety of roles and industries. To that end, she has already commenced supporting our clients implementing their strategic objectives.
Corcoran-Henry added, "I am excited to be embarking on a journey with Skarbek and eagerly anticipate contributing my skills to a dynamic team that champions innovation, collaboration, and delivering client excellence."
