Victoria Price to lead A&M tax private capital
Global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal has strengthened its tax advisory offering with the appointment of Victoria Price as a managing director. She will now lead the firm’s private capital offering for entrepreneurs in the UK.

Price’s addition will particularly benefit this, enabling the firm to elevate that approach to the next level in the EMEA region.
Price brings two decades of experience in providing comprehensive tailored tax services and a proven track record of building and growing businesses within the UK and across EMEIA both organically and through acquisition. Prior to joining A&M Tax, she was the EMEIA private tax leader at EY, and was responsible for driving tax strategy across the region. Prior to this, she also led the Big Four firm’s UK and Ireland private tax wing, during which the team experienced substantial growth, both in terms of size and revenue, with the practice broadening the range of tax services it provided to clients.
A&M Tax’s private capital practice leverages the firm’s current service offerings to aid clients throughout the entire lifecycle of ultra-high net worth individuals and their businesses. Under Price’s leadership, the team will focus on various key areas, including entrepreneur-related taxes (both shareholder and corporate), sell-side tax work, post-transaction work, management taxes, and family wealth.
