Efficio names pair of new vice presidents in UK
Global procurement and supply chain consultancy Efficio has welcomed two new vice presidents in its UK wing. Mert Erkan and Dan Peck have been promoted to the role having been with the firm for over a decade.
Danel Peck co-leads Efficio’s work in the public sector and health, supporting clients to deliver better value and outcomes from their procurement, commercial and supply chain capabilities. He first joined Efficio in 2011, working as a business analyst – working his way to director by 2022.
Peck was previously a professional with Elektra. At the beginning of his career, he spent two years there, latterly as a supply chain analyst.
Mert Erkan meanwhile arrived at Efficio as a consultant in 2012, and also became a director in 2022. He has been a driving force in building out the company’s private equity business in recent years, and previously led Efficio’s digital delivery function and developing client relationships across Europe.
Prior to his life at Efficio, Erkan began his career as an analyst. First, he spent a year with Rothschild’s M&A department, before joining Deloitte – where he made the leap to consultant.
Speaking on the appointments, Jens Pedersen, Efficio co-founder and CEO, said, “It makes me especially proud to see how these colleagues have built their careers in Efficio and have come to add such tremendous value and breadth of expertise to our business. I do not doubt that they will continue to be driving forces of the rapid growth of the business globally and help develop the rising talent we have within the business.”
On the other side of the Atlantic, Waldo Saville has also been promoted to vice president. He similarly joins the company's senior leadership team, having been instrumental in building Efficio’s North American business and co-leads the company’s global manufacturing wing.
