Eden McCallum promotes five to associate consultant

Eden McCallum has promoted five members of its London office to Associate Consultant level.

Headquartered in London, Eden McCallum is an international consulting firm that operates with hybrid teams of inhouse consultants and experienced independent consultants, most of which who have a background at strategy houses such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, and Bain & Company.

The firm’s Analyst programme offers recent university graduates the relevant tools and skills to develop into successful strategy consultants through a comprehensive training and development programme.

Bryony Warnock-Horn, Joe Hilton, Nicholas Wan, Olivia de Csillery and Rosanna Mason all joined the Analyst programme in September 2021. Having successfully completed the two-year programme, they have now made the step up to Associate Consultant.

During their 24-month journey, they worked alongside the firm’s internal partners and experienced independent consultants on strategic projects across industries. Eden McCallum works for clients across most sectors, from retail and consumer to industrials, healthcare, financial services, technology, media, telecoms, utilities, and public sector.

Among their fresh higher-up responsibilities, they will now assume more responsibility on client engagements, and be tasked with guiding younger colleagues in their development.

In sync with the London office, Eden McCallum’s Amsterdam office similarly promoted five to Associate Consultant level.
