Anthesis acquires innovation consultancy Progressive
Sustainability advisory and solutions firm Anthesis has acquired Progressive. The merger adds the growth and innovation consultancy to Anthesis’ global offering, as it responds to the demand from C-Suite of organisations to unlock sustainable growth opportunities.

Progressive is Anthesis’ fifth M&A deal in 2023. It follows announcements with Colombian sustainability and digital consultancy, ConTREEbute, Australian sustainability advisory firm, Ndevr Environmental, a leading global ESG advisory firm, Wallbrook, and impact-led creative change agency, Charlescannon.
Founded in 2016 by Matt Nicholls and Ken Valledy, Progressive is a London-based firm which works with senior leadership teams to help accelerate new, sustainable growth. Its clients include range of international blue-chip organisations, like Kimberly Clarke, Nestle, DFS Group and Informa.
