Stellarmann has appointed Susie Lee-Kilgariff as group head of marketing. She will now work to drive and support the technology and business transformation consultancy’s ambitious plans for growth.

Founded in 2020, the firm initially known as William Alexander Consulting helps deliver transformation projects in the insurance and financial services sectors – as well as working on multi-million-pound government initiatives. Growing demand for these services has allowed it to build a team of 30 operational staff and 150 associates across the UK.

After hitting annual turnover of £22 million in only its third year, the firm recently decided to refresh its branding as a means of reflecting its explosive growth.

Stellarmann names Susie Lee-Kilgariff as head of marketing

Renaming itself as Stellarmann, the company is now seeking to grow turnover by £50 million over the next three years, a target which will also see its number of associates double to 300. To lead the necessary marketing charge to help build for this, Stellarmann has announced a key hire.

As head of marketing for Stellarmann, Susie Lee-Kilgariff will oversee brand strategy and demand generation, supporting the firm as it delivers projects for clients across the insurance and banking industries, and within the public sector. She will also head up marketing for Stellarmann’s sister company, William Alexander Recruitment.

“It was a real meeting of minds when I first met Stellarmann’s founders, Will and Alex”, says Susie. “In fact, the whole team is completely dedicated to delivering excellence. After years of working as a consultant myself, their emotional intelligence in dealing with people and their commercial drive to achieve results for clients really resonated with me. Having worked both agency and client-side, Lee-Kilgariff is a career-long business-to-business marketer who also previously ran her own consultancy, Northern Light Marketing for 12 years. In that time, she worked with organisations across technology, professional services and recruitment.
