Katie Wood joins Archus as head of programme and project management
Healthcare infrastructure specialist Archus has announced the appointment of Katie Wood as its new head of programme and project management. She will now work collaboratively with Archus’ clients and partners to deliver innovative solutions.

As a technical advisor, programme manager and project director, Wood’s role will focus on supporting a broad range of clients in both the delivery of healthcare infrastructure and strategic initiatives from inception to completion. She will also assist with the ongoing development and expansion of programme and project management services at Archus.
A passionate advocate for how the built environment can positively impact health and well-being, Wood joins from engineering consultancy Arup. Wood’s track record includes leadership of business cases, strategies and major capital investments across a diverse range of healthcare programmes and projects in the UK and globally. This includes Australia, Canada, Peru, Ireland, and Singapore.
