Xynteo Managing Partner Jonah Grunsell commented, “We work with global companies to identify and implement collaborative initiatives that enable businesses to grow in a planet positive and inclusive manner. Sally has inimitable form when it comes to facilitating sustainable change in some of the biggest companies on earth.  We welcome her addition to Xynteo and look forward to her making a formidable mark with our clients.”

An ex-EY director in sustainable finance, Gray also spent time in Baringa’s sustainable finance team, with a focus on talent strategies and leadership. Earlier in her career, she also spent time at Accenture and PwC. At the same time, she founded Good Work – a sustainability training consultancy, from which she continues to offer a variety of services to clients looking to build sustainability strategies.

As a partner at Xynteo, she will support the firm’s global clients to create a new generation of business leaders that have the will, skill and mindset to transform organisations and value chains to deliver a more sustainable and inclusive way of doing business.

Gray commented, “Xynteo is on a mission to reinvent growth, a new growth model that works with rather than against nature; benefits the many not the few; and creates growth over the long term as well as the short.  I look forward to continuing to enable this vision and to make sure Xynteo remains at the vanguard of positive change management.”
