Business and technology consultancy Equantiis has hosted a dinner with its staff to celebrate its 10th year in business. The firm is hoping to build on rapid revenue growth for its next decade in operation.

Looking back on the milestone, Equantiis founder and CEO Alistair Sergeant said, “Over the last 10 years, Equantiis has grown into a leading consultancy, with a proven track record in delivering successful transformation projects for organisations UK wide.”

Headquartered in London, Equantiis was established by Sergeant, in 2013. The firm has since grown to be underpinned by a team of experienced business and technology transformation consultants. Equantiis works with its clients to enable both public and private sector organisations to successfully transform through technology enabled change.

The firm has been working to embed an experienced senior leadership team into its operations, and with that in place the firm is now focused on its next phase of growth, according to Sergeant, who added that he is “looking forward to seeing what the next 10 years will bring – watch this space.”

Equantiis has already marked its 10th year in business with impressive growth, having increased revenue by 34% over the last 12 months alone. With a core focus in the higher education, not-for-profit and local and regional government sectors, the consultancy’s recent increase in revenue can be largely attributed to a series of successful transformation projects.

Those projects include a recent contract win with British tourist authority, Visit Britain, where Equantiis is currently supporting the organisation in a multi-year technology transformation programme. But looking ahead, the firm’s leadership has “exciting plans in place to continue our growth whilst focusing on enabling more organisations drive business improvements through technology adoption.”

Equantiis Managing Director Simon Adams commented, “Although I only joined Equantiis as Managing Director in January 2022, a lot has been achieved over the last 18 months -- ranging from the continued delivery of successful business transformation projects to helping our clients adopt the right technologies to enable their businesses. Additionally, we’ve seen our brand and commercial presence grow significantly in key industry sectors.”
