Valcon strengthens partner team with Martin Wells
Martin Wells has been named as a partner within Valcon’s UK practice. The a senior consultancy professional will spearhead the data and technology firm’s consulting transformation team.

Valcon is a European consultancy, with more than 1,500 professionals working to help clients across the industrial spectrum to drive digital change in their firms. The firm works with large organisations across multiple sectors, including financial services, retail, public sector, industrials and infrastructure.
With offices in the Netherlands, Denmark, the UK, Sweden, Germany and Croatia, Valcon has been growing quickly in recent years. Backed by private equity firm Waterland, it has integrated P2 Consulting into its offering, while also onboarding more than 100 new joiners in the last year.
The latest addition to the firm’s headcount comes in response to increasing demand for consultancy services focused on technology and data, with a heightened emphasis on digital transformation and operational efficiency. Martin Wells will lead the firm’s consulting transformation practice as a partner, helping to build out the practice, and ensure Valcon supplies quality consulting support around data and technology.
Wells is a seasoned consultant with a track record spanning over 25 years delivering large scale transformation programmes across diverse sectors including utilities, retail, automation and defence. Having held senior roles with Accenture, Capgemini and KPMG – where he was a partner for three years – Wells was most recently managing director at customer relationship management firm 6-PM.
