Turnkey Consulting promotes Cavan Arrowsmith to UK managing director

Risk management company Turnkey Consulting has named a new UK managing director, as it continues to evolve the global depth and scale of its business. Cavan Arrowsmith takes on the role as Global CEO Richard Hunt turns his attentions to international expansion ambitions.

Established in 2004, Turnkey Consulting is a specialist risk and security company, offering business consulting and technical implementation services to clients running complex ERP solutions. Operating from offices in the UK, Australia, France, Germany, Malaysia, Singapore and the US, Turnkey works for companies including CyberArk, KnowB4, Onapsis, Sailpoint, SAP, Security Bridge and ServiceNow.

As the firm looks to evolve the depth and scale of its business, Turnkey has announced the appointment of a new UK leader. With Turnkey’s founder and CEO Richard Hunt turning his focus to building the global capacity of the business, Cavan Arrowsmith steps into the role of UK managing director.

A former solutions consultant with SAP, Arrowsmith has worked at Turnkey for four years, most recently as sales and marketing director. He will now oversee the day-to-day running and expansion of UK operations as Turnkey UK integrates more fully with the company’s teams around the world.

Meanwhile, Tom Venables – currently based in Turnkey’s UK wing – has been promoted to a role within the firm’s US branch. Moving across the Atlantic, the 15-year company stalwart will now work as a solutions director with Brian MacFarland to expand Turnkey’s North American footprint.

And on a global level, Freddie Fleetham has been promoted to the newly created role of global CFO at Turnkey. Having been the company’s finance director since mid-2022, he previously held various financial positions at multinational consulting company Capgemini.
