Consultancy.uk launches inaugural Top Consulting Firms in the UK ranking
Consultancy.uk has launched the inaugural edition of its ‘Top Consulting Firms’ in the UK ranking. More than 1,200 firms were assessed for the ranking.
The UK’s consulting sector is home to thousands of consulting firms, from the world’s most known brands to boutiques and small niche players. With so many players active in the market, it can be difficult for organisations looking for external expertise – or prospective employees looking for a new challenge – to determine which firm is right for them.
That is why Consultancy.uk has launched its ‘Top consulting firms in the UK 2023’ guide – helping to distinguish the best from the rest.
Powered by insights from Consultancy.org, the world’s premier platform for the consulting industry, the ranking examined more than 1,200 consulting firms across the United Kingdom. The ranking presents the leading firms across more than 60 areas of expertise and industry verticals.
Commenting on the launch, Larry Zeenny, CEO of Consultancy.org, said, “The ‘Top Consulting Firms in the UK’ guide provides a unique and industry-wide approach to finding out which firms are the key players in each area of expertise.”
The ranking was compiled through the use the world’s largest database of stakeholder views and firm capabilities in the consulting industry – leveraging scores based on the views of executives, consultants, and graduates, as well as on assessments of firm capabilities, reputation, analyst benchmarks, industry recognitions, thought leadership and more.
The 2023 ranking showcases firms which have built a reputation as the most trusted, expert and influential providers in the country. The leading firms are sorted across five levels: Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze.
“Alongside many of the consulting market’s most famous names, the ranking also includes many mid-market and SME competitors, showing they can provide top-tier services too,” said Zeenny.

The launch of the UK edition builds on previous launches in Australia, the Middle East, and the Netherlands. In the coming months, Consultancy.org will roll-out its Top Consulting Firms rankings to several other markets, including Europe, Asia, India, Canada and the United States, culminating into the flagship global ‘Top Consulting Firms in the World’ ranking.
