Fast growing European ESG consultancy Longevity Partners has appointed a new Chief Operating Officer. She will now oversee the firm’s continued expansion efforts across the continent

Commenting on her new role at Longevity Partners, Chrystèle Dumont said, “I am thrilled and humbled to be joining Longevity Partners to continue driving the transition to a low carbon economy in Europe and beyond. Longevity Partners has proven to be able to support its customers globally in this journey over the past few years. To continue to accelerate their ambitions to meet their net zero targets, I am very much looking forward to partnering with their incredible teams and help them drive this business change across the property industry.”

Longevity is made up of more than 200 experts working from its offices in London, Paris, Amsterdam, Munich, Milan, Austin, Seattle, Miami, New York, and Tokyo. The firm’s experts provide clients with strategic guidance, compliance support and innovative solutions, to reduce their environmental impact, and future-proof their businesses.

So far, Longevity has completed projects in more than 40 countries around the world, and has been going from strength to strength in recent years, thanks to rising demand for sustainability consulting services. In 2022, this saw the firm announce it had doubled its revenues for the seventh year running.

As COO, Dumont will support all European country directors, and sit on Longevity’s global board, as the firm looks to continue this expansion. This will include spearheading the delivery of Longevity’s European programme; implementing operations planning and robust performance management, as well as the optimisation of the firm’s service offerings and global cross-collaboration.

Etienne Cadestin, Founder and Global CEO of Longevity Partners, added, "As we expand, it's absolutely crucial that we keep reinforcing and stabilising the group for the future. This cannot be done without significant investment in our senior leadership team. A big part of our ongoing consolidation journey is the holistic digital transformation work we started last year. I’m delighted to write the next chapter of the Longevity story alongside Chrystèle, who will run our European operations. Her vision, passion, experience, creativity, and human centric approach will contribute to the long-term success of the group.”

Dumont brings over 24 years of experience in the international technology industry to Longevity. She has held a number of senior positions with Microsoft in that time. As a 17-year veteran with the technology giant, she worked as Chief of Staff to the President of Western Europe, and COO of Microsoft Emerging Markets, covering 60 markets across Africa, Levant and Pakistan.
