KPMG appoints Oxana Miroshnichenko as Partner

Oxana Miroshnichenko has become a Partner within KPMG UK’s strategy group. She brings 18 years of experience to the role.

Part of the global KPMG organisation, KPMG UK is one of the four largest accounting and consulting firms in Britain. KPMG’s strategy group forms part of the firm’s deal advisory practice in the UK, which includes teams of valuation, M&A, debt advisory, transaction advisory, special situations and turnaround and working capital optimisation specialists.

Oxana has almost two decades of experience of delivering business strategy, value creation, due diligence, and M&A for corporate and private equity clients across the consumer products and retail and FMCG industries. She arrives from Natura & Co Group, where she was Head of Strategy. Previously, she also held senior roles at a number of firms – including strategy consulting giant Bain & Company, where she spent two years as Head of Marketing within the company’s London wing.

At KPMG, Miroshnichenko will focus on business and deal strategy. Based in London, she will work to help clients to create value, seek growth and transform, with a particular focus on the consumer products and retail industry, and with special expertise in the beauty, personal care and wellness sectors.

Commenting on her appointment, Miroshnichenko added, “Businesses in the consumer and retail space have experienced a lot of change over the last few years.
