L.E.K. Consulting has brought in a new Partner in its UK wing. Having worked in the UK, China and the US, Kristin Graham joins the firm’s retail and consumer division.

Dominic Miles, Partner and Global Co-Head of L.E.K. Consulting’s Consumer sector, said, “We are delighted to welcome Kristin to the Consumer team. Kristin’s extensive international experience of advising private equity funds and their portfolio businesses is a welcome addition to the firm’s growing Consumer practice.”

Having worked a number of consultancies, Graham brings international experience to the firm. This includes experience advising UK and international clients across the retail, consumer products, and travel and leisure sectors on M&A transaction and growth strategy engagements. Looking ahead, she will work from L.E.K.’s London office to help clients with commercial due diligence, business planning, brand positioning, proposition development and new market entry services.

Most recently, Graham worked as a Director within EY-Parthenon’s M&A strategy wing, specialising in the consumer sector. She previously also spent three years as an Associate Director in a similar practice at KPMG, and at Pragma Consulting.

L.E.K. Consulting’s London office was the firm’s first office to be established when the consultancy was founded in 1983. The office, currently led by Peter Ward, is one of the firm’s largest offices.

As technology continues to transform consumer behaviour, and the cost-of-living crisis sees many households scale back their spending, many retail, brand, travel, hospitality and media companies are turning to L.E.K. to evaluate their value propositions – and prioritise the right strategies required for future success. L.E.K.’s consumer practice helps clients weigh up a host of concerns, from promotional strategy to price pack architecture, and customer experience design.
