Deepak Mistry joins HKA as Director in advisory team
HKA has appointed Deepak Mistry as a Director. Mistry joins the risk mitigation and dispute resolution consultancy in its advisory team, within its construction services group.
Jeff Badman, HKA’s Head of Construction Services Group, Europe, commented, “Deepak brings to HKA skills and experience that will enhance and deepen our risk management and advisory offerings in EMEA. I’m very much looking forward to working with Deepak and seeing how he adds value to both the team and our clients.”
A global professional services firm specialising in litigation support services, HKA is going through a period of rapid expansion at the beginning of 2023. It has committed to a number of senior hires in recent months, while a major acquisition campaign is also helping it ramp up its capabilities for the year ahead.
Looking ahead, Mistry will supports HKA’s clients on resolving complex problems on major projects and advises how they can transform the way they manage risk and reduce uncertainty of outcomes. He has a sustained track record working with a range of clients in transport, energy, utility and defence sectors with developing policies, procedures, systems, controls and building client capability.

Prior to joining HKA, Mistry was engaged working with transport development entity HS2 – helping build a new high-speed rail system in the UK – as a Senior Risk Manager and he will continue to initially support HS2 on delivering this major project of national significance. He also held senior roles with Costain Group, Network Rail and National Grid.
