Global deal advisory firm Equiteq has announced the promotion of Emmanuel Kostucki to Managing Director. Based in the firm’s London office, Kostucki joined the firm almost four years ago.

Jerome Glynn-Smith, Managing Director and Head of Europe for Equiteq, said, “The firm’s success would not be possible without such talented people in our global teams. Emmanuel has shown exemplary and consistent work in delivering transformational outcomes for our clients through transactions, as well as embracing Equiteq’s core values of achievement, empathy, integrity, teamwork, and entrepreneurial spirit. I’m excited to work with him towards more successful accomplishments with Equiteq.”

Kostucki arrived in Equiteq’s London merger and acquisition (M&A) team in July 2019. Initially working as a Vice President, he became a Director a year later. In his time with the firm, a press release from Equiteq praised him for delivering sector specialist advice and impact to clients on end-to-end sell-side and buy-side engagements, and “delivering 11 outstanding outcomes for Equiteq clients during his tenure with the firm.”
