Prof Consulting Group adds Lisa Domoney to associate network
Prof Consulting Group, a consultancy focused on the retail and grocery sectors, has strengthened its team of associates in the UK with Lisa Domoney.
Lisa Domoney brings more 25 years of experience in the retail and grocery industry to the UK-based team of the Australian-origin consulting firm.
Most recently, Domoney was a director at Asda and Walmart, where she headed up teams focused on implementing responsible sourcing programmes. She also led the organisational change and programme development at Asda facilitating independence from Walmart.
Earlier in her career, Domoney was at the forefront of social engagement projects at Sainsbury’s and Debenhams that positively impacted lives of garment factory workers in Bangladesh and India. She gained experience in the implementation and due diligence of labour standards in the supply chain and played a role in improving factory safety in countries such as Bangladesh.
At Prof Consulting Group, Domoney will help the firm’s clients with embedding ESG into their sourcing, supply chains and commercial operations.
Sarah Blanchard, Head of ESG and European Business Development at Prof Consulting Group, said “We are delighted to welcome Lisa to the team, as an accomplished labour rights and social standards professional, joining the team at a critical time where consumers have high social expectations of business.”
“The way employees are treated, and how procurement practises impact workers in complex supply chains are being scrutinised more than ever. Lisa’s hands on experience together with her ability to manage risk and engage people will help our clients navigate this incredibly challenging area.”
Outside of the United Kingdom and Australia, Prof Consulting Group also has associates based in Ireland, France, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates.
