HR consultancy LACE Partners has expanded its senior leadership team with a trio of Director appointments. Tim Ringo, David Pacifico and Dawn Goodall will use their knowledge of HR’s most pressing issues to improve LACE’s ability to support HR and People functions of major employers.

Co-Founder and Managing Director of LACE Partners, Aaron Alburey, said, “This is a ground-breaking time for LACE and the appointment of these new team members will have a huge impact on our clients and the wider HR market. Our team is highly experienced and knowledgeable, so Tim, David and Dawn will help us to elevate support to clients to a new level.”

LACE is a boutique consultancy specialising in HR transformation, change and technology advisory work. Global events since 2020 have seen a marked rise in demand from both employers and employees for help progressing their DE&I journeys, as well as sourcing new employees to fill a growing digital talent gap. As such, firms are increasingly looking for support from consultancies like LACE to ensure growth and success while supporting the crucial agenda of becoming socially responsible businesses.

Capitalising on this, and positive growth seen in the consultancy sector more generally, the high-profile senior members are joining its team with decades of experience between them. Alburey added this means the firm now has “an even wider breadth of support to offer HR teams, from payroll and HR strategy, through skills and learning, people data and analytics, as well as employee experience, technology, change and adoption.”
