Nigel Bostock, Chief Executive Officer of Crowe, said, “Dan, Andy and Jennifer are all excellent additions to their respective teams and reflect Crowe’s dedication to recruiting top talent. Jennifer is the perfect fit to further build out our Private Clients team. And it gives me great pleasure to welcome Dan and Andy to the firm in our Corporate Finance team. They join with strong reputations – both individually and working in concert together – for delivering results and it is pleasing to welcome such experienced professionals to our team at Crowe.”

Andy Coghlan brings three decades of experience to the consulting firm, arriving from Azets – where he spent the last year as Head of Private Equity and International Transactions. He previously worked at WK Corporate Finance for 15 years, latterly as a Managing Partner – during which time he led advisory on MBOs, acquisitions, development capital and disposals to a value of £50 million.

Coghlan commented, “I am impressed by the Crowe team’s collaborative and enthusiastic approach to work, which is a joy to be part of. I am pleased to be hitting the ground running in terms of driving dealmaking activity. Despite the economic backdrop, we see plenty of opportunities, particularly in the technology, business services and healthcare sectors.”

Dan Nixon also arrives with a rich history of corporate finance experience working with private equity, debt funds and banks to provide buy-side advice and due diligence. Similarly, Nixon spent the last year with Azets, where he was a Partner and National Head of Transaction Services, and also spent 14 years at WK Corporate Finance – latterly as Head of Transaction Services.

Nixon added, “I am very pleased to be joining the Corporate Finance team at Crowe. I look forward to bringing my expertise to this experienced team and working with my colleagues to provide specialist advice across a range of due diligence and transaction issues. Notable headwinds provided by the cost of living crisis and declining consumer spending must be navigated, but we see a lot of capital out there, particularly on the private equity side, which needs a home. I look forward to helping investors and sellers alike find transactional solutions that work for their businesses.”

The duo join Crowe’s corporate finance team. They will work to assist clients with selling their business and sell-side due diligence services.

Jennifer McNally meanwhile arrives in Crowe’s private client wing. As a Partner in the national private clients team, she will provide expertise working with international multi-generational families, developing deep relationships to provide effective solutions both commercially and practically.

Arriving from Blick Rothenberg, she has also previously spent time working at Big Four accountancy firms. She spent three years with EY as a Tax Manager in its financial services, private client wing – and two years with KPMG as a Tax Consultant. Overall, she boasts more than 18 years of experience advising individuals and their families on UK residence, domicile and remittance issues, and the appropriate structures to hold family wealth both onshore and offshore.

McNally concluded, “I am thrilled to be joining Crowe and working with such a dedicated group of people. The award-winning Private Clients team at Crowe takes a devoted approach, which focuses on collaboration with clients – one of the main factors that attracted me to the firm.”
