ReSolve welcomes Andrew Pepper as Partner
Boutique advisory firm ReSolve has appointed Andrew Pepper as a Partner. He brings more than three decades of experience to the firm, having previously specialised in the restructuring and turnaround space.
Founded in 2006, ReSolve is a consulting firm which focuses in advisory, restructuring and investment work for clients across the UK. Headquartered in London, it provides advice and capital to businesses experiencing difficulties, facing changing circumstances or enjoying significant growth.
As the firm looks to support clients amid a boom in insolvencies in the UK market, it has welcomed Andrew Pepper to its restructuring practice. As a Partner, he will focus will be on preserving and increasing enterprise value on behalf of ReSolve’s clients in a variety of enterprising and innovative ways, bringing with him his extensive experience in previous roles as advisor, chairman, investor and lender.

Pepper brings more than 30 years of experience in high-level roles across the restructuring and turnaround sector. Previously this has included partner roles with professional services firms BDO and Kroll Zolfo Cooper, as well as private equity house Hilco Capital.
He has also acted as Chief Restructuring Officer for several large businesses – leading to industry recognition that led to him recently holding the role of President of the Turnaround Management Association – a 10,000-member global organisation that focuses on corporate restructuring, renewal, and corporate health.
