Piers Virik joins leadership of The Berkeley Partnership
The Berkeley Partnership has last month appointed Piers Virik a Partner. Virik, who focuses mainly on managing business transformations, becomes the 18th Partner of the London based management consultancy.
Piers Virik has nearly 20 years of experience in the consulting industry. After graduating from the University of East Anglia he started his career with Accenture, where he worked for just under ten years at the firm’s London office. In 2008 Virik joined The Berkeley Partnership, a London based consultancy. Established in 1990, the firm supports clients with a range of business transformation services, across sectors, and currently employs a team of around 80 consultants and staff.
Virik has over the years built a generalist profile, advising clients on a variety of offerings, from strategy development through to large scale programme delivery planning and execution across the health, postal, oil and FMCG sectors. He has also gained substantial experience with managing business transformations and change management.
Commenting on his new role, Virik says, “I’m delighted to be joining the partnership to drive our business forward over the coming years. Our focus on building long term relationships with a diverse set of clients is one of our strengths and I’m looking forward to working with the great people we have at Berkeley to continue to do this.”
With the addition of Virik, The Berkeley Partnership’s Partner team grows to the size of 18. In July last year the consulting firm added Alasdair McGregor and Tom Parkin to its partnership, who, similar Virik, have been with The Berkeley Partnership for several years, and share a common background at Accenture.
