The Berkeley Partnership promotes Tim Wardrop to partner in London
The Berkeley Partnership has promoted Tim Wardrop to partner. He becomes the firm’s 23rd partner across its offices in London and New York.
Tim Wardrop joined The Berkeley Partnership in 2014. In the eight years since, he has helped many clients through complex, challenging transformations, with a focus on large programme delivery and target operating model design. His clients have included IAG, Flutter, WPP, Altus, Sainsbury’s and Dow Jones.
On his promotion to partner, Wardrop said, “I’m really excited to have joined a vibrant and extremely successful partnership, and very enthused about where the organisation can continue to grow and diversify its client portfolio.”
Founded in 1990, The Berkeley Partnership is a management consultancy that provides clients with a range of strategy, operating model, project delivery, change and digital transformation services.
Prior to arriving at The Berkeley Partnership, Wardrop spent seven years with Big Four firm Deloitte. As a manager based in the firm’s London and Shanghai offices, he project managed the delivery of HR transformation programmes, including the global HR systems implementation at major global restaurant chain, and process and policy design and delivery at multinational telecoms business.
Looking ahead, Wardrop will use that experience to continue to work with clients across a range of sectors on complex programme management and target operating model design.
