Capgemini acquires German Salesforce Partner oinio
Capgemini has acquired German Salesforce Platinum Cloud Alliance Partner oinio. The deal will further strengthen Capgemini’s Salesforce capabilities in Europe and China by adding 100 employees bearing 90 Salesforce certificates. The value of the deal has not been disclosed.
oinio, formerly ITBconsult, was founded in Germany in 2000. In 2007 oinio became a close partner of Salesforce.com. Since then, the two organisations have worked together to implement Salesforce CRM cloud-based solutions to a wide range of clients in life sciences, manufacturing, financial services, and telecommunications. Today, the firm has more than 100 employees, with more than 90 Salesforce certificates between them, working from its headquarters in Munich and office locations in Frankfurt, Shanghai and Hong Kong. The company is a Platinum Cloud Alliance Partner in the areas of life sciences and manufacturing.
Capgemini’s acquisition of oinio will boosts its Salesforce capabilities within Europe and China, allowing it to better provide digital transformation services to clients in the areas of Salesforce cloud CRM solutions. Oinio will be ‘bolted on’ to Capgemini and has been chosen for its fit within the Group's Digital growth strategy.
