Bain partner will be EVP Corporate Strategy at Kraft Foods
Kraft Foods has appointed Bain & Company partner Tracey Belcourt (45) as its new Executive Vice President Corporate Strategy. Belcourt will lead the strategy function and mergers and acquisition activities for the global snacks company. Belcourt will report to the CEO of Kraft Foods, Irene Rosenfeld.
Tracy Belcourt has been a partner at Bain & Company since 1999, based in the Toronto office of the strategy consulting firm. At Bain, she specialized in the design and implementation of growth strategies, mergers & acquisitions and commercial excellence across a variety of consumer industries. Prior to Bain, she worked for five years as an assistant professor of economics at Concordia University in Montreal. Belcourt earned a MSc. and Ph.D. in Economics from Queen's University in Canada.
