Entec Si builds offering with two senior hires

Birmingham based change consultancy Entec Si has announced two new senior hires. Experienced communications specialist Justine Howl will help shape the firm’s strategic marketing activity, while Managing Consultant Sushila Vadukul will focus on Entec Si’s local government and healthcare sectors.

Operating across a range of industry sectors, Entec Si specialises in IT and business transformation. The advisory firm has significant experience of leading service transformation, ICT projects and programmes. 

Justine Howl’s appointment as Marketing, PR & Communications Manager with the firm will see her execute both external and internal communications, building Entec Si’s brand and positioning within its core markets. She will also work closely with the business support team to strengthen employee engagement as the company grows further.

Howl commented, “Having previously been a client of Entec Si, I knew that their core values fit with my own and I’ve also experienced their passion for people firsthand, which has been the magic ingredient in the business’ success so far. Her arrival at Entec Si follows a career spanning more than 20 years at Birmingham Airport. As head of communications, she was responsible for developing the airport’s marketing strategy, as well as leading on internal communications, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship and events activity and crisis management.

Sushila Vadukul meanwhile arrives at the business as a Managing Consultant. In her new role, Vadukul will work alongside Principal Consultant, Tim Powlson, to support clients across the local government and healthcare sectors.

Her appointment follows six years working as a senior business analyst and requirements manager at Capita. During her time with the consultancy, she developed strong skills in stakeholder management, systems implementation, and the delivery of business transformation programmes.
