Three managing directors join Capita Experience

Capita has appointed a trio of managing directors to its Capita Experience division. Aparajita Ajit, Mark Billingham and Bob Buiaroski all join the newly created wing as it looks to grow quickly in 2022.

Customer Experience, or CX, refers to the broader customer journey across the organization and includes every interaction between customers and businesses. Established in 2021, Capita’s core experience division is designed to help the firm to maximise its combined expertise, capabilities, scale and market position to deliver customer experience advice and support to existing and new clients.

Aparajita Ajit arrives as Capita Experience’s new Managing Director for the financial services market – which include mortgage, banking, pensions and payment solutions, across regulated and non-regulated environments. Prior to joining Capita Ajit worked for Genpact, a global transformation company, where she was the Vice President and Global Relationship Partner in Europe.

Mark Billingham meanwhile takes on the same role for Capita’s telco, media & technology market. He joins Capita from The Very Group, where he held the roles of Group Customer Care Director & Chief Operating Officer for financial services. Prior to Very, Billingham also led Customer Experience and digital transformation at Vodafone UK.

Bob Buiaroski is Capita Experience’s new Managing Director for International Markets. His previous role was Chief Operating Officer at State Street, a US financial services company, in its Global Clients division. Prior to this, Buiaroski led customer and digital transformation for the Canadian business at Manulife, then across all regions globally. He re-joins Capita, having been a Managing Director with Capita Customer Management before leaving in 2017.

The new hires will lead Capita’s growth in its financial services, telco, media and technology markets in the UK and internationally. They will report directly to the CEO of Capita Experience, Aimie Chapple.

Chapple noted, “I am delighted to welcome three new managing directors to our Capita Experience division. Expanding our presence in existing and new markets is a key strategic goal for Capita in 2022, and the appointment of Aparajita, Mark and Bob will play a central role in this.”

Capita is a top provider of customer experience services in Western Europe. According to a release from the firm, its offering is “market-leading” in the UK, Ireland and Switzerland, while holding a number-two position in Germany.
