Fairgrove Partners appoints Associate Director from EY-Parthenon

Bhavna Dewan has joined Fairgrove Partners as an Associate Director. She arrives having spent the last six years as part of a Big Four firm’s strategy consulting brand.

Founded in 2013, Fairgrove Partners is a London based strategic advisory firm, serving corporations, private equity funds and their portfolio companies, and the family offices of high net worth individuals. The consultancy works with clients in Britain, the US, China and Japan, deploying financial and commercial analyses to help companies identify areas of performance improvement.

Over the last year, Fairgrove enjoyed record growth, expanding at 35% to make for an 8-year CAGR of 29%. With clients looking to build strategies to weather market turbulence and position themselves for the economic recovery, the consultancy is preparing for this heightened demand to continue.

The latest step in these preparations sees the arrival of Bhavna Dewan to the company, adding further experience to the consultancy’s education, TMT, retail and industrial practices. Having graduated with an Economics and Finance degree from the University of Sheffield, Dewan has spent her career working on commercial or vendor due diligence, and strategy projects across a range of industries.

Dewan joined EY-Parthenon – the strategy house of global professional services heavyweight EY – in 2015, initially working as a Strategy Analyst. By 2018, she had graduated to the role of Project Manager, with key responsibilities including workstream leading, problem solving, coaching of junior staff members, and commercial analysis. In that role, she worked with clients in the retail, consumer products, travel and industrial products segments.
