convedo adds DRUID's conversational AI to its offerings

Technology consultancy convedo has announced a new partnership with chatbot platform DRUID. The move will see the firms assist the strategic implementation of conversational automation with convedo’s clients.

Conversational AI is the set of technologies behind automated messaging and speech-enabled applications that offer human-like interactions between computers and humans. Often deployed by organisations looking to streamline customer services departments, the conversational AI market was valued at $3.89 billion in 2019, and according to Verified Market Research, it is expected to reach $18.02 billion by 2027 – growing at a CAGR of more than 21% until then.

Founded in 2009, convedo is an IT consultancy firm which designs, develops, delivers, and supports business and technology solutions using best-of-breed platforms for digital process automation and digital transformation. The London headquartered firm subsequently already has a number of conversational AI services on offer, including chatbot support, and technical support.

Now, convedo has announced a new partnership with specialist AI technology firm DRUID to further beef up this offering. provides a platform for designing, developing, and integrating a chatbot tailored to specific business needs and objectives. The platform has a robust integration capability into back-end systems, supporting over 45 languages and with 500 predefined conversational skills.
