Deloitte's Felix Lepetit joins TMT consultancy Altman Solon
After spending fifteen years with Deloitte, Felix Lepetit has joined Altman Solon as a Director in its London office.
Formed last year following the merger between US-based Altman Vilandrie & Co and Europe-based Solon Management Consulting, Altman Solon is a strategy consulting firm focused exclusively on the telecommunications, media, and technology (TMT) sectors.
Felix Lepetit joins the firm’s London office – one of Altman Solon’s five hubs across Europe. “We are pleased to add Felix to our London office and European leadership team,” said Altman Solon Managing Partner Patrick Bellenbaum. “His extensive experience driving organisational design and transformation, implementing change, and optimising business processes will strengthen our portfolio of services.”
At Deloitte, Lepetit latterly was a Director in its TMT consulting practice, working with major consumer, news, and B2B content publishers on adapting their business and organisational models to the transforming digital landscape. He specialises in transformation, strategy, mergers & acquisitions and strategy execution – translating strategic priorities into operating model and organisational design changes.
Earlier in his career, Lepetit worked for two boutique consultancies and Mars & Co, an international strategic consultancy. He earned both his Master’s and PhD in Engineering from Oxford University in England.
The appointment comes shortly after Altman Solon in London promoted Phillip Morse to partner. He joined the firm in the summer of 2020 from EY-Parthenon, the strategy consulting outfit of Big Four giant EY.
