Kantar appoints Ted Prince to new Chief Product Officer role
Ted Prince has been named as the first Chief Product Officer at Kantar Group. Prince takes up the newly created position having held senior roles with Neustar Analytics Solutions, National Geographic and AOL.
Based in London, Ted Prince will report to CEO Alexis Nasard, and be responsible for defining and delivering the next generation of Kantar offerings and real-time platforms, using advanced technologies to scale and augment data, insights and advice.
Prince, who takes up the role at the start of April, said, “Kantar is renowned for having the most complete view of how people think, feel and act, and a portfolio that is core to their clients' ways of working. I am excited to play such a crucial role in defining the next generation of technology-enabled insights and new platforms for our clients.”
Most recently Prince was President of Neustar Analytics Solutions. In that role he oversaw all aspects of the business including product development, operations, business development and product marketing. Prior to joining Neustar, he was Chief Operating Officer, Global Media, at National Geographic, and President, National Geographic Ventures – the for-profit arm of National Geographic.
His nine-year tenure there saw him lead the company’s cable assets, television and digital media businesses and new initiatives, including strategy, content, marketing, technology, mobile, distribution and partnerships. Prince also previously served as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development at AOL.

Kantar Group is a British professional services firm which was founded in 1992. It has more than 30,000 employees working in 100 countries, and has been majority owned by Bain Capital since 2019. The private equity giant obtained the London headquartered company after Kantar had unified all its legacy brands, such as Kantar TNS, Kantar Millward Brown, Kantar Media and Kantar Consulting.
