Stan Chaudhry strengthens investment team KPMG

Stan Chaudhry has joined KPMG as Director of the firm’s investment management deal advisory team. Chaudhry will leverage his more than ten years’ experience in financial services to strengthen the firm’s proposition to clients seeking investment expertise, with particular focus on the alternative finance market.

Stan Chaudhry was most recent employed as the COO of Brook Bay Capital in the UK, where he spent 9 months responsible for the firm’s operational management. Prior to which he was the COO/CFO of Cosford Capital Management, a position he held for 10 months. Chaudhry joined Cosford from Thames River Capital where he was the Head of Operational Due Diligence and Partner for the firm’s Multi Manager Division. At Thames River Capital, he worked for more than 8 years in operational aspects relating to efficiency and compliance issues. His previous experience was in the consulting industry, Chaudhry starting his career at Deloitte in 1994 in the firm’s Financial Services practice, first as an Assistant Manager for a period of four years, before becoming Assistant Director in 1998, a role he held for slightly more than six year.

Chaudhry holds a degree in Biochemistry from Imperial College London.

Chaudhry’s role as Director of KPMG’s UK investment management team will see him leverage his experience in hedge fund markets and asset management towards strengthening the firm’s propositions to clients in all aspects of deals. He will work primarily in investment management, with a particular eye for the alternative finance space.
