Sheffield Haworth installs Georgina Harley as a Managing Director
Global talent consulting organisation Sheffield Haworth has appointed Georgina Harley as a member of its Executive Management Committee. Harley arrives having previously been a Partner with Mercer.

The firm now has 150 professionals in 12 offices – throughout the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific regions – supporting clients with executive search and consulting solutions and talent advisory, combining a lengthy track record with an on-going commitment to diligence, integrity and innovation.
Harley joins Sheffield Haworth as a Group Managing Director and Head of New Sectors and Services. In the newly created role, she will join the Executive Management Committee and be responsible for key growth areas, including consulting and technology services, talent development and advisory services.

Formerly a Partner at Mercer Consulting, a 19-year spell with the firm saw her hold a number of management and leadership roles in Sydney and London. These included including P&L management of growth businesses, international expansion of products and services, and the leadership of multiple acquisitions and integrations, while managing cross functional teams. Harley holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Statistics from Australia National University, and a Master of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
