Jean Paul Hokke strengthens IG&H Financial Services
Jean Paul Hokke, Managing Partner of Capco in the Netherlands, has left the firm to join IG&H Consulting & Interim, a local Dutch advisory firm. Hokke was part of the founding team of Capco Netherlands back in 2010, and led the firm’s growth in the Netherlands.
Jean Paul Hokke has more than 25 years of experience in the management consulting industry. In 2001, he joined Capgemini Consulting, where he continued to work for almost nine years. In 2003, Hokke was named Vice-President of the firm. In his most recent role at the consulting firm, he held the final say in the firm’s Financial Services practice. Over the past five years, Hokke, in the role of Managing Partner at Capco, set up and developed the firm’s Dutch base*, building the firm’s presence in the Netherlands to a successful practice for both its internal as well as cross boarder activities. Besides his leadership role at Capco in the Netherlands, Hokke also worked on a number of diverse assignments within the banking sector.
Per 1 September, Hokke joined IG&H Consulting & Interim, a firm, located in Utrecht, specialised in three sectors, including Financial Services. “In the conversations I have had with partners, consultants and clients, I was ever more impressed with their fine company. Both in terms of their performance as well as their culture and process,” explains Hokke about his motivation to move. Jan van Hasenbroek, Managing Partner of IG&H, reflects that he is proud his firm attracted such a specialised advisor. “I'm glad we won over Jean Paul, with his experience we can further develop and build our Retail Banking practice.”
Van Hasenbroek adds: “In addition, Jean Paul more than anyone, will be able to assist our customers in their digital transformation.” Hokke concludes: “I am looking forward to strengthening and enhancing the position of IG&H in the banking sector.”
* In 2010, four experienced advisors from Capgemini Consulting – Jean Paul Hokke, Harmen Meijnen, Frank Beumer and Edgar Giesen – stepped over to Capco to lead the growth of its first office in the Netherlands.
