UK-based Probyn Miers joins international consultancy HKA
Specialist engineering consultancy Probyn Miers has been purchased by global professional services firm HKA. The move will greatly enhance HKA’s expert witness service offering, increasing its expert witnesses by around 140.

Probyn Miers was founded in 1998. Its team of experts specialise in engineering and construction related disputes on projects across a broad range of sectors including commercial, energy, transportation infrastructure, residential and high-rise towers, international airports, hospitality, and other complex building types – working from offices in London and Dubai.
The consultancy works for a wide range of clients comprising government entities, contractors, developers, insurers, architects and lawyers. The firm brings to HKA expertise from projects in Africa, Asia, Australasia, South America, the Caribbean, Russia, China, the Middle East as well as throughout Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

Headquartered in London, HKA has taken its expert witness headcount to over 500 with the arrival of Probyn Miers, in addition to the more than 500 advisors and consultants already in its organisation. Spread across 47 offices in 19 countries, the firm provides clients in the construction, manufacturing, process and technology industries with consulting, expert and advisory services.
