Annalie Ellis and Emma Allen join Synergos Consultancy

Synergos Consultancy has welcomed a new Compliance Support Officer and New Business Coordinator to the firm to deal with a recent increase in demand for their services. Emma Allen and Annalie Ellis both arrive at the firm from jobs in industry, and will aid the company as it looks to meet the needs of its growing client base.

Founded in 2014, Synergos is a specialist consultancy company who assist businesses to achieve various means of compliance. The Huddersfield based firm works closely with UKAS certification bodies and accreditation services, in order to provide clients with established methods of achieving desired results.

The firm has been extremely busy over the last few months looking after their existing clients and dealing with new business enquiries mainly focusing on quality management systems such as ISO 9001; ISO 27001 and CHAS. As a result, Synergos has grown its team to enable it to meet the heightened expectations of customers.New arrival Annalie Ellis will be focusing on new business for Synergos. Having worked in the banking sector for many years, predominantly in sales, she more recently pursued more admin based roles. However, motivated by a desire to return to her sales background, Ellis has joined Synergos as New Business Coordinator.

Emma Allen meanwhile joins the team as a Compliance Support Officer. She arrives from an account management role within the vehicle fleet industry, bringing with her a vast amount of customer service experience.

Allen commented, “It is a very exciting time to be joining the business as we have recently launched a few new services to help customers deal with the aftermath of the pandemic. I am looking forward to getting to know our clients and helping to support them.“

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a disturbance on all businesses, but Synergos Consultancy have a team of fully qualified staff members who can help them to get their compliance needs in order. According to a release from the firm, both Ellis and Allen bring valuable experience of customer service and account management, and will play “a vital role in the development and implementation of client compliance certifications.”
