Earlier in the summer, North East consultancy Auxin OKR announced a recruitment drive over the coming months, bucking an industry trend which is currently seeing many advisory brands slimming their respective headcounts. While Auxin OKR still plans to hire five new partners, it has announced the appointment of three new associates across its UK business.

Over the firm’s first 12 months in business, Auxin OKR has landed a range of new corporate clients around the UK and overseas, including Legal & General, Which?, Rolls-Royce, and South African banking group Absa. The business coaching consultancy is now planning to accelerate its global expansion with a senior recruitment drive. While an earlier release said this will see the firm appoint two new partners in its UK wing, and three partners for its overseas divisions, Auxin OKR’s expansion plans will also be bolstered by the string of associate appointments.

Peter Kerr, Managing Director of AuxinOKR, said, “We’re really delighted to have secured such experienced coaches with such a broad spread of talent and expertise. They are a brilliant way to launch our associate network, bringing such knowledge to the consultancy. Their combined strengths allow AuxinOKR to offer a richer set of skills to corporate clients around the UK and overseas.”Oliver Deacon, Philip Crocker and Piero AlbericiOliver Deacon joins Auxin OKR with 17 years of consulting and coaching experience to his name. Having started his career as an Assistant Manager with Deloitte, Deacon has since delivered coaching programmes with big tech companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Google and Stripe as well as tech start-ups. His work has usually focused on helping those looking to become a business leader, a finance director or a high performing strategy and analytics specialist.

Piero Alberici meanwhile arrives at Auxin OKR having spent almost 30 years working in exports and coaching, with a strong, proven track record in international sales and marketing in both products and services. The former Fentimans Export Director has managed teams of up to 250 people, and will become AuxinOKR’s people management expert, offering senior management coaching to enable OKR processes to be embedded effectively within an organisation.

Philip Crocker started his career in HSBC in London and then Paris before moving into commercial property services, integrating technology and people to enhance performance. Joining Auxin OKR, he will work to use his wide business experience and coaching skills to provide an all-round supportive relationship and service to clients.
