Vendigital hires four senior advisors in London office

International consulting firm Vendigital has added four senior advisors to its team in London.

The trio of Alec McCullie, Justin Benson and Nick Harrison have been appointed partner, lifting the number of partners at the firm to eight across its offices in London, Bristol, Chicago and Hong Kong.

Nick Harrison joins Vendigital from KPMG, where he was a partner in the firm’s Consumer and Industrial Products sector practice. Before his ten year spell at KPMG for ten years, Harrison spent a decade at another Big Four firm, PwC.

He specialises in business transformation, operations, performance improvement, lean, supply chain management and change management. At Vendigital, Harrison focuses on helping clients in the industrial products navigate the changing environment and with embracing emerging technologies and data to drive performance.

Alec McCullie, Justin Benson, Nick Harrison, Paul Cooper - VendigitalAlec McCullie joins Vendigital from Atos, where he was the Global Head of Insights, the firm’s practice leading its knowledge and thought leadership for tech areas such as artificial intelligence, analytics and internet of things. Before that, he worked as an Associate Director at KPMG and held several roles in the automotive industry.

Drawing on his IT industry and consulting experience, McCullie leads Vendigital’s Digital Platform technology and innovative analytics solutions.

Justin Benson has been appointed as Head of Vendigital’s automotive industry vertical, a role he previously held at KPMG. He specialises in advising OEMs, vehicle manufacturers and retailers on how to respond to disruption from electric drive train technology; mobility as a service; and connected and autonomous vehicles.

During his twelve years in automotive consulting, he gained experience on a wide range of projects, such as supply chain optimisation, customer experience and retail strategy, digital technologies, mergers & acquisitions, and risk management. 

Meanwhile, Paul Cooper has been appointed a Director. He previously was an Engagement Director at KPMG Boxwood, responsible for leading transformation and operational improvement programmes for corporate clients, while acting as member of KPMG’s Midlands Industrial Manufacturing leadership team. Earlier in his career he held several consulting and lean roles in industry.

He specialises in operational excellence, lean manufacturing performance improvement and business transformation, with a focus on clients in the automotive, aerospace, construction, infrastructure, and industrial manufacturing sectors. 

The hires are part of Vendigital’s expansion strategy, which is backed by private equity firm Livingbridge. Commenting on the hires, Louise Kingston from Livingbridge said: “Their appointments are an important step in Vendigital’s exciting growth journey.”
