Cragun started his career as a senior internal consultant at National Semiconductor in Silicon Valley, where he was responsible for consulting, training and strategic projects internationally. Later, he was a Vice President and General Manager at FranklinCovey, a global professional services and training firm, and most recently he was Managing Partner of leadership development firm SweetmanCragun Group.
