Baker Tilly International expands footprint in Sri Lanka
Baker Tilly International has expanded its footprint in Sri Lanka with Baker Tilly Edirisinghe & Co. Five partners and 70 staff will join the global accounting and consulting network, which consists of more than 160 affiliated firms in 135+ countries worldwide.
Baker Tilly International is the world’s 8th largest accountancy and business advisory network. It consists of more than 160 independently owned and managed accountancy and business consulting firms globally. Its more than 27,000 professionals help privately held businesses and public interest entities meet challenges and respond to opportunities.
Recently, Baker Tilly International announced the expansion of its global network with Baker Tilly Edirisinghe & Co, to strengthen its local presence in Sri Lanka. Baker Tilly Edirisinghe & Co was founded in 1985 by Founder Partner A.T.P. Edirisinghe with three employees and has since enjoyed continued growth in the local market. Today, the firm has 5 partners and 70 staff operating out of its office based in Colombo.
