Capgemini and Salesforce.com invest in CRM and cloud
Capgemini and Salesforce.com are jointly investing in CRM, social media and cloud services. The goal the next two years is to achieve a strong growth in sales and to support more companies in the transformation to a 'social enterprise'. The partnership is global, with a focus on markets in the Netherlands, France, Scandinavia, North America and the United Kingdom.
The French consulting firm has been working with Salesforce.com since 2007.
Investing in training, certification and CoE
Capgemini will expand worldwide capacity and further invest in Salesforce training and certification to expand the current competencies in the areas of CRM, Enterprise Architecture and Cloud. The number salesforce.com Centers of Excellence will be extended. in addition to expanding traditional systems to cloud integration, the ICT consulting firm will develop sector specific solutions around customer loyalty, service and retention for sectors such as telecommunications and financial services.
