TT Badrinath joins Marakon at Charles River Associates
TT Badrinath has joined Marakon, a management consulting practice at Charles River Associates, after more than 32 years at the Bank of America. In his new role as a Director and Partner at Marakon, Badrinath will work in the Financial Services practice covering banking clients.
TT Badrinath joins Marakon, a management consulting practice at Charles River Associates, from the Bank of America, where he worked since 1983. During his 32 year tenure at the bank, Badrinath worked his way up to become a Managing Director and was involved in a wide range of projects for the bank. He, among others, led the simplification of control functions (compliance, legal, risk, and audit), and the integration of the Bank of America and Merrill Lynch in its global markets businesses. He further managed the bank’s enterprise data warehouse and served for a time as the COO for the Latin America region. In his most recent role at the bank, Badrinath was the Transformation Executive for Global Liquidity Risk Management.
Badrinath holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Madras and is also a graduate in Cost and Management Accounting from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Badrinath will take on the role of Director and Partner in the financial services offering of Marakon and work with banking clients. He will leverage his skills in strategy, restructuring, business transformation, information management, business operations, among others, for the benefit of clients.

Earlier this year Marakon, which was acquired by CRA in June 2009 for an undisclosed sum, added Yann Duchesne, Devendra Kumar and Maria T. Blanco to its senior team.
