Schouten Global and CrossKnowledge join forces

Schouten Global, a global training and talent development specialist, has agreed a global partnership with digital learning provider CrossKnowledge. As part of the alliance, the firms will bundle their expertise, enabling them to offer joint blended propositions for global clients.

As a result of major market trends, such as the rise of technology in the learning & development landscape and changing client behavior, learning demands of professionals globally are in a state of flux. One of the key developments is the growing importance in blended learning, and further convergence between offline and online learning. To further capitalise on the changing demands, Schouten Global – with more than 700 trainers, coaches and consultants one of the larger players in the European arena – has struck a partnership with CrossKnowledge, a company that possesses more than 20.000 learning modules in 17 languages. Across the globe more than 7 million professionals actively make use of CrossKnowledge’s learning solutions.

As part of the deal the partners will join forces, allowing them to provide a deeper and broader set of blended learning solutions and products*. “We are excited about our partnership with CrossKnowledge. This enables us to offer our clients optimal integrated and custom made learning journeys with the right blend of e-learning content, and online on the job support, complementary to our training and coaching solutions, online content and applications”, comments Ernest Hoen, responsible for business development learning solutions at Schouten Global.

The move in addition expands their footprint, including an extended reach with corporates, universities and academic institutions.
