3 Charles River Associates partners join Roland Berger

Roland Berger Strategy Consultants has added three new partners to its Boston office. The new partners all made the switch from Charles River Associates, a renowned American consulting firm. Since the failed merger with Deloitte Consulting in November 2010, the German-based strategy consulting firm mapped out an ambitious growth strategy, including a renewed commitment to the North American market. The opening of an office in Boston earlier this year and the appointment of three new partners is part of the offensive in the US.

Robert Henske

Robert Henske has over 25 years of experience in the field of international strategy and business transformation, with a focus on the chemicals industry. Prior to joining Roland Berger, he was Global Chemicals Practice Leader at Charles River Associates and Senior Vice President at Arthur D. Little.

Vijay Sarathy has over fifteen years consulting experience in the chemicals industry, which he gained at Charles River Associates and Arthur D. Little. Jonathon Wright

Jonathon Wright has over 22 years of experience in various leading international consulting firms. He has led major strategy consulting projects for international companies in various industries, including the oil and gas industry, the utilities industry, chemicals and aviation.
