Sia Partners continues UK expansion with three senior hires
International consultancy Sia Partners has prepared for a period of strong demand from financial services, growth and innovation, and transformation clients with three Associate Partner hires. Alastair Harvey, Will Sillar and Julian Holmes join the consultancy as its clients grapple with heightened competition and Brexit worries.
Sia Partners is a global consulting firm with over 1,500 consultants across 16 countries. Commanding an annual turnover of €260 million, recent years have seen the firm working hard to expand its presence in Europe’s largest consulting market of the UK. Following a number of acquisitions and the launch of its own startup and incubator investment arm, the firm now boasts a strong presence in Britain.
As it looks to further its standing on the island ahead of what will prove to be a busy period for consultancies, Sia Partners has strengthened its offerings in its financial services, growth and innovation, and transformations wings. The firm has announced three key hires to its UK arm, in anticipation of heightened demand from clients in the lead up to and fall out from Brexit later this year.
Alastair Harvey, a global senior digital transformation professional, arrives at Sia Partners’ growth and Innovation practice as an Associate Partner. Specialising in translating, designing and implementing practical disruptive technology solutions for the Boards of the Fortune 500, Harvey was Chief Revenue Officer at computer vision artificial intelligence firm Cortexica prior to joining Sia Partners.
Will Sillar has also joined Sia Partners as an Associate Partner, this time in its financial services practice. He brings considerable engineering, large-scale project management, growth strategy and digital transformation expertise to the role, and will lead Sia Partners’ work with HSBC, with a focus on building Sia Partners’ presence and standing in financial services in the UK, while helping clients secure and grow their lot in the UK market.
Julian Holmes is the third Associate Partner to arrive at Sia Partners. He takes on a role in the firm’s transformations wing, having been a founding member of Deloitte’s Workforce Analytics business – establishing a multi-million pound business with a strong market presence and reputation in the process. He brings particular expertise in applying analytics and technology to transformation, having previously played a significant role in the success of OrgVue, an organisation design analytics solution.
Irene Molodstov, co-CEO, Sia Partners UK commented, “Our goal at Sia Partners is to deliver transformational results for our clients through data driven Consulting 4.0. Alastair, Will and Julian’s proven track record will play an essential role in supporting our clients in being at the forefront of innovation in their respective sectors.”
